[Update 12 Mar 2025: Closed, awaiting new tenants.] The Rose Street Foundry is owned by the Cairngorm Brewery but is independently tenanted by two Inverness businessmen. The doors from Academy street take you to more of a club with comfy leather Chesterfields seductively luring you to be seated - all day! To the left, there is the more rustic "Bothy" with its high stools and wall tables. The bar is three steps up from the entrance level and with its upcycled tin roofing, may offer a range of real ales on three hand pumps, and other local / regional craft beers and ciders via bespoke 'font arches' which take the form of industrial piping. That does it for the ground floor... Upstairs are the kitchens and a separate room for meetings, but this floor is mainly for dining and is accessible by a spiral staircase or a lift for wheelchairs and those not too steady on their pins.
