The Hotel dates back to 1790. Between 1914 and 1972 it was one of 19 pubs and hotels around the Cromarty Firth under state control.
Well placed to use as a base to explore the local area, and further afield. Conon Bridge railway station (750m) reopened in 2013.
One of 37 hotels and restaurants in the Highlands who are members of the The Scotch Beef Club. Good deals on lunch and dinner menus.
[Update 5 June 2025: Report that the one hand pump previously on serving Black Isle Yellowhammer was no longer in use, with no casks in the stockpile outside, only kegs.]
