The 28 room Hotel is on the shores of Little Loch Broom at the foot of An Teallach. Ideally located for touring Wester Ross and a haunt of locals, tourists, walkers and climbers. The main bar is the lively Broombeg Bar, which hosts regular music nights. The Soft Option Bar next door offers a quieter area. Reports in May 2019 of a second HP, one offering Orkney (Northern Light), the second Belhaven 80/-. We are advised there will always be one RA on, and two during the busy season. Food is served in both bars and the a la carte Claymore Restaurant. Expect a very warm Highland welcome and service "above and beyond" the price tag! The area offers some of the most the most attractive, rugged and stunning scenery in the whole of the Highlands. The area is very quiet, has poor broadband - just the place to get away from it all. Note Bar opens 6-11 Mon to Sat, and 6-10:30 Sun. Hotel opens on a seasonal basis. Breakfast is available for non residents, and take away fish and chips available during the day. There are a bus stops close by, but a poor service.
