The Loch Shiel Hotel is a 2 star family run hotel in the West Highlands of Scotland and was built in the late 19th century as a hunting lodge and adapted to a local bar and hotel in the 70s. Approximately 1 hour from Fort William (90 mins by bus) situated in Acharacle about 100 metres from the southern tip of Loch Shiel & at the Eastern entrance of the beautiful Ardnamurchan peninsula which is the most westerly point of the British Mainland. Please Note: May close early if quiet. There is a bus service from Fort William, please check the Lochshiel Bus website.
